"When we’ve stayed here before, everything has been top-notch, especially the ladies who help with the breakfast service. However, the girl who works breakfast with long reddish braids has no business being in Customer Service. We saw her yell at one man from across the restaurant instead of going up to speak to him nicely, and she was rude to us also. The others were wonderful, but she should definitely be in another line of work. The people at the..."
"Wifi did not extend to our fifth floor room, television wasn't programmed correctly. They said new TVs, new technology etc. Best thing was proximity to Duke medical center where my husband had an early appointment, great van driver who delivered us there for free at 7:30 AM, and restaurant staff."
"I went on 12/25/25 and I had a wonderful experience thanks to the fantastic staff. I was there on short notice, but they made me feel special. I had wonderful conversations with the bartender and chef. They're why I'm giving service 5 stars."
"Every year or so this hotel hosts events for the agency I work for and I am always pleased with the way our event is catered and hosted. Our breakfast is really good. The hotel itself is in a crazy-busy part of town and it's ridiculous when trying to get into the hotel, but there is not much that can help that situation. The rooms are a bit warm for my liking but overall, it was a very nice stay...."
"We just attended a convention here and had a wonderful stay. Room on the first floor because our dogs were with us. It was clean, conveniently located, comfortable bed and large bathroom, lots of outlets. The staff here are outstanding, especially Mr Reggie and Ms Wanda. Nice breakfast buffet. We are Hilton Gold members, so breakfast is partially comped. Ate dinner here both nights, and the burgers and salmon were delicious, perfectly prepared. And the pool is awesome. Looking forward..."
"Excellent location and excellent customer service. Would have been five stars, but the bathroom is where one was lost. The sink was slow draining and filled, no hot water, and the towel rod had fallen off the wall. There is construction in the parking area but not an inconvenience."
"The lobby was beautiful and the room spacious. We were in town for a visit to Duke and it was right across the street. The bed was super comfortable and shower pressure was amazing . The man who checked us in was so rude but other than that it was a great stay"
